Workplace assessments are increasingly being used by organizations and businesses for many reasons, including: |

Assessments may involve interviews with staff, questionnaires or surveys, focus groups or other methods to obtain information. Typically, staff remain anonymous in written reports provided to the organization. The report may provide recommendations, if desired.
